On the ground floor, unwind with a game of billiards among the exposed stone walls of the lounge, or enjoy table football and ping-pong in the shade of the patio. Outside, just for you, the jacuzzi pool bubbles with a view over the valley, while the private swimming pool is surrounded by lush lawns and trees.

The bedrooms — the Baron’s Room, the Baroness’s Room, the Monastic Room, and the Green Room — still feature original 18th-century hand-painted majolica floors and plastered vaulted ceilings. From their windows, you can admire views of the valley and the historic garden surrounding the estate.

On the side of the house, you’ll find a ceramic reproduction of an 1800s map, guiding you through the historic garden and its treasures: the Boxwood Hedge, the Circular Fountain, the Hunting Tower, and Viale Papocchio — a path lined with centuries-old conifers that borders the orchard.
